DealChain is the A&D motion: packages and listings, offers, bids and swaps, deal rooms, closing checklist, settlement gates, and handover. When a package is listed, the data room is already the operating record — not a ZIP assembled the week of the bid. Acquire or divest: once you have run the playbook, the next package is the same motion.

Base suite · Shared record
Who held what, when — on a permissioned ledger.
The blockchain is not a payment rail. It is a shared audit trail of ownership so the record cannot be quietly rewritten. Companies do not have to think about the chain. They trust the shared record of who held what, and when.
On the shared record
Hyperledger Fabric holds the permissioned ownership record. At handover, working interest, operatorship, and a closing record are written there. Append-only ownership events keep the audit: who held what, when, as of an effective date. The prior owner stays on the trail. Today's holder is a projection as of a date — not a silent overwrite.
Off-chain, and readable
Deal packages and well snapshots stay off-chain — files and tables people can actually read. Production, JIB, revenue, leases, and diligence documents live in the operating book. The ledger is a shared trust layer across companies, not a data warehouse.
What this is not
Not cryptocurrency, tokens, or public-chain speculation. Not a payment rail — money still moves off-platform. Not anonymous: parties are credentialed. Monthly non-op exchange is a separate NDE add-on, not this ledger story.
Grounded in the base suite — DealChain + Asset Management — not in NDE pricing. Fabric is permissioned infrastructure for custody and audit, not a token or a public market.
Modular add-on
Division Orders (DOM)
Staff workflow for division-order operations: drafts, owner decks, mailings, transfers and amendments, suspense, and pay-deck export. Issued and countersigned settlement facts stay on the shared record so revenue and deal handover do not fork. DOM is not folded into DealChain base — it is a separate entitlement.

Modular add-on · bidirectional
Non-op Data Exchange (NDE)
Monthly well snapshots between Networks companies. Either entitled party can grant a well set, send an immutable package, and receive in a read-only inbox. Recipients never write the sender's master data. This is not a deal room and not a listing.
Bidirectional is the same SKU — +$299 Starter / +$699 Pro. There is no second bi-directional price. Enterprise is custom. NDE is not in DealChain base and is not a DOM feature. Analytics is a separate add-on — see below.

NDE Analytics
NDE Pro / operating-net KPIs. Non-op profitability and company KPI plus well table. Operating net is Revenue − Costs − Taxes; CapEx stays outside that net. Requires the NDE exchange SKU first. Not folded into the bidirectional exchange price, and not a Checkout item on this site.
